TSI Collective facilitates the connection of skilled professionals with NGOs through projects (Check out a few examples here >> Impact)
Each project has:
A defined problem statement
Expected deliverables and timelines
An assigned NGO point of contact
A TSI Collective POC co-ordinates the project from start to end to ensure a positive experience for both the volunteer and the NGO.
Donating your time and skills towards a non-profit, will allow you to create social impact, grow professionally and collaborate with like-minded individuals in the social sector, who are passionate about making a difference.
Once you sign up for a project, selection is based on your experience, skills and alignment with the requirements of the non-profit and the project.
All TSI Collective’s projects are conducted online and there is no requirement to visit a non-profit location in-person. However, we encourage volunteers who are co-located to immerse in the non-profit, as it enhances volunteer experience and impact.
Volunteers are required to have minimum professional experience in the skillset selected, to ensure that the support provided is of value to the non-profit. However, prior volunteering experience is not required. In addition, there is a ramp-up period at the beginning of the engagement to learn more about the non-profit from public sources of information and details shared by the PoC.
Volunteers are required to contribute a minimum of 3-4 hours per week for a duration of 2-3 months, depending upon the nature and complexity of the project.
Volunteers can sign up through the registration form linked here, and a POC from TSI Collective will reach out to you when a relevant project is available.
No, all projects are unpaid. However, volunteers will receive a certificate of recognition post completion of the project.
No, there is no age restriction for volunteers. TSI Collective welcomes all those committed towards making an impact.
Non-profits

If your organization is facing a challenge that requires specific knowledge or limited internal capacity, skilled volunteers can provide valuable support in bridging that gap.
TSI Collective requests all volunteers to contribute a minimum of 3-4 hours per week for a duration of 2-3 months. These volunteers may have other engagements or full-time jobs and hence it is recommended to be respectful of their time.
TSI Collective maps the non-profit’s requirements with the skills and interests of its community members, to find the right fit for a project.
